Keyboard shortcuts

Every shortcut Folnaro adds, grouped like the menus. The menu items show the same keys, so you can also look them up there.

You can also open this list in the app: Help > Keyboard Shortcuts.

Note The three timer keys and Search and Capture from Any App work system wide, even when Folnaro is in the background. You can change or turn off the timer keys in Folnaro > Settings… > Timer. The Time menu then shows your keys.

⌃⌥⌘T starts a timer, pauses a running one and resumes a paused one. The item in the Time menu then reads Pause Timer or Resume Timer.

In the timer menu, ⌘1 to ⌘5 continue one of the recent tasks.

In Lists and Sheets

These keys are in no menu. They work only in the sheet or inspector that is open. In a document, ⌘↩ runs Finalize and Send… instead, because no sheet owns the primary button there. While you review a receipt in the inbox, it runs Record Expense.

Alternates and dialogs

Some items are alternates: hold ⌥ while the menu is open and the item changes, for example Finalize and Send… becomes Finalize Only….
In sheets and dialogs, ↩ confirms the highlighted button and esc cancels.
