§ 1 Services

Coverage of the wedding on Saturday, 12 June 2027, in Potsdam: 10 hours from getting ready, at least 400 edited photos in a private online gallery.

§ 2 Fee

The fee is €2,900.00 net plus 19 % VAT, €3,451.00 in total. 30 % is due on signing, the rest two weeks after the gallery is delivered.

§ 3 Planning

The timeline of the day (appendix 1) is planned together four weeks before the date. Vendors are credited by name on request (appendix 2).

§ 4 Cancellation

In case of illness the photographer provides an equivalent replacement. If that is not possible, the deposit is refunded in full.

§ 5 Image rights

The couple receives a simple, unlimited right of use for private purposes. Publication in the portfolio is covered by a separate consent that can be withdrawn at any time.

§ 6 Withdrawal

As consumers, the couple has a 14 day right of withdrawal. The withdrawal notice and the model withdrawal form are appendix 3.

Through a link: End-to-end encrypted. Our server only ever sees encrypted data, the key stays with you and your customer.

Sealed: The PDF carries a checksum and an audit page. So you can see whether the signed copy is your original.

Consent

Status by itself: Sent, viewed, signed. Folnaro records it and lets you know.
Reminders: While the signature is missing, Folnaro reminds you. Once it’s there, no reminder is needed.
To the invoice in one step: The partial invoice for the deposit and the final invoice come from the contract. Quote, contract and invoices always match.
Number when you send: Drafts have no number. The contract gets the next one from the V- range only when you send it.

05 Contracts

The templates to start with

Ten templates to begin with. You adapt each one to your work.

Photography: Wedding photography, photo job and model release.
Development: Development at a fixed scope and development on a retainer.
Design: A design contract with revision rounds and usage rights.
For any contract: Non-disclosure agreement, data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR), addendum and cancellation agreement.

06 Contracts

Your agent can do contracts too

Through MCP an agent creates drafts from templates, answers the questions, reads the status and prepares sending. With the same rules as the app.

Your permissions: What an agent may do, you switch on per area in Settings. Sending is a permission of its own.
In the log: Every change an agent makes is in the log with its name.

Why it matters

Many people write almost the same contract for every wedding, every shoot and every sprint, swap names and dates by hand and then wait weeks for a scan. In Folnaro a template and a few answers become your contract. The signature comes back by itself. You never type the deposit, the dates and the prices a second time.

Good to know

The templates put the statutory rules into clear sentences. What fits your case is your decision. Read the finished contract once in peace, it’s yours. Folnaro does not review your contract and gives no legal advice.

What the law asks for

For most service contracts German law asks for no particular form, and a simple electronic signature is common for them. When you contract with private persons at a distance, they have a 14 day right of withdrawal (section 312g BGB) that you inform them about beforehand. That is why the templates for private customers include the statutory model withdrawal notice.

Questions

Have the templates been reviewed by a lawyer?

No. They are templates that stay close to the statutory rules, not legal advice. Folnaro does not review your contract. If you have questions about your particular case, a lawyer can help.

How does my customer sign?

Either in the browser through a link, with no account and no app, or on the PDF with Markup on iPhone, iPad and Mac, or on paper. Both ways it’s a simple electronic signature.

What does Folnaro see of my contract when I send it as a link?

Only encrypted data. The contract is encrypted on your Mac and only the link carries the key. Your customer decrypts it in their browser, our server cannot read it.

Does the contract become the invoice too?

Yes. From the signed contract you create the partial invoice for the deposit in one step, and later the final invoice that deducts it. When the contract comes from a quote, quote, contract and invoices stay linked.
